I trust you're keeping well. To add context to my low rating, my dissatisfaction is not with the product - the ostritch eggs arrived well packaged, and intact - thank you for that.
My issue was with the promised delivery timelines and communication thereafter. You promise delivery within 7-10 working days of order (9 Jan), but fell far short of that commitment. I received my eggs almost 3 weeks after order - 2 Feb, to be precise.
I would actually have been fine with that, except when I tried to contact you to check delivery status, I could never reach you - not on the phone number you provide, not on the sales email address in your comms, and not even on your facebook page. I got no response at all. Radio silence, on all channels you claim we can reach you.
This was a first time purchase with you, and I basically resigned myself to the real possibility that I had been scammed. Client communication is crucial, and the fact that you send out automated messages asking for feedback, but aren't monitoring your numerous communication channels is a real problem.
I trust this feedback is taken in the spirit it's intended. You have a great product, and I am very happy with my purchase - but the way I was managed as a customer was sub-optimal.
